InvoiceGenerator.Page is a free invoice generator that runs entirely in your browser. It exists because creating a simple, professional invoice should not require an account, an email address or uploading your client’s data to someone else’s server.
What the tool does
The generator builds an invoice from your inputs: business details, client details, line items, discount, tax, shipping, payment tracking, notes and payment instructions. You can preview it live, save a draft on your device, print it, or download it as a PDF. The whole invoice editor is ad-free.
Why it exists
Most “free” invoice tools ask for signup, add watermarks, or store your invoices in the cloud. This tool takes the opposite approach: everything is local to your device, there is no account system, and the document you download is a clean, professional PDF you can send to a client directly.
How invoices are calculated
Totals are calculated with decimal arithmetic — never floating point — so the preview, the PDF and a saved draft always show the same numbers. Discounts can be a percentage or a fixed amount, tax can be exclusive or inclusive, and the balance due tracks any amount already paid. How privacy works
Your invoice content never leaves your browser. Client names, amounts, notes and logos are processed locally, the PDF is generated locally, and drafts are stored in your browser’s storage on your device — never on our servers. You can delete saved drafts from the tool toolbar at any time. Usage analytics, when enabled, measure anonymous events such as “PDF downloaded” and never include invoice content.
