What this invoice template includes

How to use the template
Start with your business details so they appear in the top-left of the invoice. Then add the client you are billing. The invoice number, date and due date are pre-filled — change them if your records use a different format.
Add one line per product or service. Quantity multiplied by rate becomes the line amount. Discounts and tax apply to the whole invoice, and you can mark the tax as inclusive when your prices already contain it.
Save the invoice as a draft if you want to finish it later on the same device, or download the PDF and send it to your client.
Common uses
Freelancers and consultants use this template for project work, contractors use it for progress billing, and small service businesses use it for one-off jobs. Because the totals are calculated with decimal arithmetic, the preview, the PDF and a saved draft always show the same numbers.

Can I change the currency?
