Invoice data

Everything you enter in the invoice builder — business details, client details, invoice numbers, line items, amounts, notes, payment instructions and your logo — is processed entirely in your browser. The PDF is generated on your device. This data is not transmitted to us and we cannot see it.

Drafts and local storage

“Save Draft” stores your invoice in your browser’s storage on this device, not on a server. Saved drafts remain on your device until you delete them; the tool includes a “Delete Saved Drafts” action for that purpose. Clearing your browser data also removes them.

Analytics

When analytics is enabled, the site uses Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization. It records anonymous product events such as “invoice started”, “item added”, “PDF downloaded” or “draft saved”. It never records invoice content — no names, emails, addresses, descriptions, invoice numbers or amounts are sent as analytics parameters.

Advertising

The site may display advertising in content areas outside the invoice tool. The invoice editor, the preview and the download actions never contain ads, and your invoice content is never shared with advertising systems. Where required by law, a consent message asks for your choices before advertising cookies are used, and advertising partners process data under their own privacy policies.

Server logs

Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may process basic request information (such as IP address, user agent and requested URL) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. This information is not linked to any invoice content, because invoice content never reaches the server.

Your choices

• Delete saved drafts at any time from the tool toolbar
• Use the site without saving anything — the generator works without local storage
• Use the consent message to control advertising cookies where it is shown
